Austenitic SS Sanrico 28 Sheets and Plates
Sanicro 28 sheet and Sanicro 28 plate is nickel chromium iron based alloy as primary elements belong to austenitic stainless steel groups and is resistant to a variety of corrosion environments. Additives that are used in this alloy to enhance its strength, corrosion resistance include molybdenum, copper and nitrogen.

Properties

Incoloy 28 alloy belongs to the austenitic stainless steel group and is resistant to a variety of corrosive environments. The combination of chromium and molybdenum make this alloy resistant to both oxidizing and reducing acids and salts. The copper content makes it resistant to sulfuric acid.

Specification
The Incoloy Alloy 28 sheet and plate or UNS N08028 specified by ASTM standard as ASTM B 709 or ASME SB-709 are readily available in different types such as, for example, Alloy 28 Plane sheet and Plate, Shim, Thin, Perforated, Polished, Diamond, Chequered, Hot rolled, Cold rolled, Annealed, Soft annealed , coils, clad plate, strip etc.
As per availability and requirement Sanicro 28 plate and sheet can be manufactured in different types burt also they also has different types of finishing on surface such as for example, Brushed ,Polished t, Mirror finish, Mirror polished, Hot rolled(HR), Cold rolled (CR), 2B,2D, BA NO(8), SATIN(Met with Plastic coated).
Application
These super alloy Incoloy 28 sheet and Sanicro 28 sheet are especially resistant to sulphuric and phosphoric acid and used for chemical processing, pollution control equipment, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production and pickling equipment.
Its excellent corrosion resistance to enable it to H2S, chloride, phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid corrosion resistance, widely used in high H2S content in the oil and gas field exploitation, flue gas desulfurization system, Seawater and chloride-bearing cooling water, papermaking industry.
