Inconel 601 Fittings and Flanges

Inconel 601 Fittings and Flanges

Inconel 601 is a nickel-chromium alloy that is highly resistant to oxidation through 2200°F. 601 alloys develop a tightly adherent oxide scale which resists spalling even under severe thermal cycles.

Inconel alloy 601 introduces superior creep rupture strength and is extensively utilized in the apparatus that operate under high temperatures for an extended or longer course of time. The substantial nickel and chromium contents of INCONEL alloy 601 in conjunction with its content of aluminum give the alloy superior resistance to high temperature corrosion mechanisms.
